Sunsetting our original legacy

In the early 2000s, we recognized a problem. Traditional retail was moving online faster than technology and people could keep up. It was 'move now or get left behind'. But the irony? It was this rush to 'move now' that ended up being precisely what caused many to be left behind.

Our PT teammates hated this dilemma.

After many years of working behind the scenes for businesses selling in physical stores, we became the pioneers behind new technologies that helped retailers make the transition online.

In that time, we've gone through a few different names, changed our approach, and reimagined our platform. But what has stayed constant is our grounding in our first principles.

  • Built by experts. For experts. No sales people in sight.

  • Set and forget: you've got more important things to do.

  • We give you the tools to do what you do best. Sell.

The world has changed since those early days of dial-up speeds, laptops too heavy to carry, and product lists shipped on CD-ROM.

Over the course of the last two years, we've increasingly found less need for our products. And as we look forward into 2024, we find ourselves without a clear path.

So, we've decided to sunset our current product to new customers - whilst continuing to support (or help exit) our existing users. It's time for us to 'move now or get left behind' using all those great lessons from the past.

We'll be launching something very exciting soon - and we think it's going to be as revolutionizing as those first steps we took when we began.

We wouldn't be here today without our great team (past and present), investors, and of course, our loyal customers. At the start, nobody knew how to do this 'internet selling'. Today we see start-ups built by 16 year olds competing with billion dollar corporations. The journey has been incredible.

The unwavering faith that our customers have given us will remain our North Star as we now look to reset.
